About Njammies

Njammies wasn't really planned. It grew.

It started quite simply.

I found that many of the snacks I ate simply didn't leave me feeling good afterwards, so I began making my own. I experimented with ingredients, made things I enjoyed eating and shared them with friends.

One thing led to another.

There wasn't a grand plan to build a snack business. Njammies seemed to find its own way into my life — one recipe, one experiment, one person tasting something and enjoying it, and one new idea at a time.

And perhaps that is why Njammies still feels the way it does today.

I like knowing what goes into the food I eat. I like real ingredients. I like making something with care and sharing it with someone else. And I don't think choosing a snack should require you to become an expert at deciphering labels and promises.

Food can be simpler than that.

Today Njammies has grown into dried fruit, crackers, cookies, sweets and all sorts of other little creations. Some recipes stay, some change, and there will probably always be something new being tried in the kitchen.

But the thinking behind them remains much the same: make food I would happily eat myself and proudly share with the people I care about.

Njammies isn't about perfect food or perfect people.

It's about something delicious, made from ingredients you can recognise and prepared with care — something you can tuck into a lunchbox, take to work, pack for a road trip, share around a table, or keep hidden in your top drawer for yourself.

And as Njammies grows, I hope it can be something else too: a place where questions about food don't have to feel overwhelming. Where information is simple, useful and honest. Where you can ask, learn, share what you know and make the choices that are right for you.

Because in the end, Njammies is really quite simple.

Good food. Made with care. Shared with people.

And I'm very glad it found me.

Eunice 💛
