Njammies Snacks ships orders across South Africa using The Courier Guy. We strive to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: R104 (Delivered in 3-5 business days)

Express Shipping: R150 (Delivered in 2 business days)

Free Shipping: Available for orders over R500

Rural & Outlying Areas: Delivery times may be extended by up to 3 business days for remote locations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Some freshly prepared products may require a little longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order is handed over to the courier, Njammies Snacks is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers. If your package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim.
