These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Njammies Snacks website and services. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

Njammies Snacks is an online store registered in South Africa.

Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Product Availability & Orders

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain products per customer.

3. Payment & Security

Online payments are processed securely via PayFast. Manual EFT payments are also available.

We do not store credit card details.

4. Limitation of Liability

Njammies Snacks is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
