Naturally sweet dates and pear come together with the gentle warmth of ginger, with pecans, pumpkin seeds and sesame adding a little texture and crunch.
The dates are softened and made into a paste before being mixed with pear, nuts, seeds, coconut oil and ginger. The mixture is shaped, baked and sliced once cool.
Each box contains two portions, made for sharing — although keeping both is perfectly acceptable. 😊
